Description
1.) Create a list of accounts
2.) Match the accounts upon username and emailaddress.
2.a) Double match = done
2.b) email match = done with rename user to LDAP
2.c) username match = contact user check if owner posses correct email. if yes = done, if no. CONFLICT: LDAP name takes precedence
3.) non-match: contact all non-matches and ask for pirate name.
