Antrag:
  • Der Sitzungsleiter sendet spätestens einen Tag vor einer Vorstandssitzung eine Einladungsmail an die Sitzungsteilnehmer. In dieser Mail werden Zeit, Ort und allfällig schon vorhandene Traktanden sowie mögliche weitere Informationen aufgelistet.
  • Die eingeladenen Vorstandsmitglieder, welche an einer Sitzungsteilnahme verhindert sind, melden sich beim Sitzungsleiter ab.
