muss jederzeit nachprüfbar sein.

Begründung
Die Aussagekraft der Urabstimmungen und ob das Quorum gemäss Statuten erfüllt wurde, ist von einem "gewöhnlichen" Mitglied nicht nachvollziehbar. Diese Änderung soll der Problematik Abhilfe schaffen.
