ORdnungsmassnahmen. Gericht soll entscheiden welches es sein soll. Der Kläger muss nicht mehr die genaue ORdnungsmassnahme verlangen (zB. Amtsenthebung).
Natürliche Personen- Verwarnung mehrere Verwanrnungen möglich, keine zwingende Escalation.
- Konventionalstrafe (Busse) nur für gewählte Personen
