- Wie ist der Ablauf, wenn sich Neumitglieder anmelden? Habe gelesen,
dass ihr das Begrüssungsschreiben anpassen. Aus meiner Sicht sollte dieses
Schreiben durch die Sektion erfolgen, falls sie das wünscht. Die Sektion
sollte ja über lokale Stammtische etc. informieren und zwei
Begrüssungsschreiben sind irgendwie auch doof. Wichtig wäre, dass die
Sektion so schnell als möglich über neue Mitglieder informiert wird. Am
besten automatisch, nicht erst wenn jemand von euch Zeit hat die
Neuanmeldungen zu behandeln.

Lieber Andreas
Du hast mir im Anschluss an die GL-Sitzung vom 5.4.2012 eine Klärung der Frage besprochen, wer (nach dem Rücktritt von Cassandra) den Workflow sicherstellen wird, dass die Sektionen über ein Neumitglied benachrichtigt werden.
Dieser Termin ist schon seit einiger Zeit verstrichen und ich habe noch keine Antwort von dir.
Schlimmer noch:
In der MDB sehe ich etliche Neumitglieder, von denen ich nichts weiss, weil die GL es verschlampt hat, mich zu benachrichtigen!
Bitte nimm deine Verantwortung wahr und stelle den Workflow wieder her asap!
Für mich als Verantwortlicher für die Mitgliederbetreuung ist es äusserst wichtig, dass ich die Neumitglieder zeitnah mit einer persönlichen Mail begrüssen kann.
Alles andere ist einer Internetpartei nicht würdig.
