Der EDÖB führt unter http://www.datareg.admin.ch ein Register der Datensammlungen, in welchen Personendaten bearbeitet werden.
Wir sind gemäss DSG Art. 11a Abs.5 lit e (PDF unter http://www.admin.ch/ch/d/sr/2/235.1.de.pdf) nicht verpflichtet unsere Mitgliederdatenbank dort anzumelden. Aus dem Blickwinkel der Transparenz steht dem aber nichts im Wege.

Im Auftrag der GPK beantrage ich, dass die GL unsere Mitgliederdatenbank im Register des EDÖB anmeldet.
