I have modified the file entities.php whith tessiner section but y have not write permit for modify directly on site...:(
Please replace directly the file modified on site and get me a permit for writing on site. Thank's

I have added the file to the git repository.
@Vanadis: Can you please deploy the lates head to production and test if sign up for Ticino does work. I do not want do do this right now. Take care that the config files does not get overritten.
