Am WE hab ich mit Stefan Thöni kurz die Situation wegen dem Access zu MDB angeschaut, wir sind beide mit der aktuellen Situation nicht ganz glücklich. Da ich als Registrar elec. per 1.4. die Verantwortung für die Daten trage, habe ich Stefan geben uns ein Konzept vorzulegen wie der Zugang zur MDB besser gesichert werden kann. Folgende Anforderungen habe ich ihm dabei genannt:
  • Die Sicherheit der Zugänge soll best möglich gesteigert werden gegenüber zur aktuellen Situtation
  • Die Verwaltung der Zugänge soll handhabbar und auch von jemandem ausserhalb der AG DI machbar sein
  • Auf die Usability für den Endanwender (Vorstände und ähnliches) ist gut zu achten.

Ich habe Stefan gebeten uns das Konzept bis zur GL Sitzung von KW 11 vorzulegen.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen mit dem Thema MDB, was das ist, wer die Nutzer sind? Ich kann damit gerade gar nichts anfangen.

Mit der MDB ist die Mitgliederdatenbank gemeint.
Also das LDAP (phpldapadmin), der Memberadmin (C# teil von Exception) und auch der Mailadmin.

Werd ich wieder traktandieren, wenn wir hier konkrete Vorschläge haben. Internationales und Fehler im Pivote haben hier das geplante vorankommen vereitelt.
