Was machen wir mit leuten die zwar noch Newsletter ect erhalten möchten, aber keine Mitgliederrechnungen, PVeinladungen und keine Mitglieder sind.

Kann man vielleicht die so als ne Art Forenmitglieder handeln die auch den NL kriegen?

Dafür kann das zweite Email-Feld genutzt werden.
Sprich alle Personen welche noch Infoarmtionen wollen, kriegen diese an die Adresse, welche in dem aktuellen feld eingetragen ist.
Will jemand keine Informationen mehr, wird die Adresse in das andere feld geschrieben (additional addresses) - oder umgekehrt da die aktuellen Systeme (forum etc.) das zweite Feld nicht kennen.

Alle die ausgetreten sind, sind immer noch "Forums-Mitglied". Das steht nicht in einem Zusammenhang ob die Person infos will oder nicht...

Wurde an der Sitzung angesprochen: Es kann mit einer eingeschränkten Mailingliste realisiert werden. Gebe das somit zur Diskussion zurück an die GL.
