Eines unserer Mitglieder hat den PiVote-Key verloren; bei einem Anderen ist er veraltet.
Was muss genau getan werden, damit diese Leute wieder abstimmen können?

Es muss ein neuer erstellt werden in beiden Fällen, veraltet, ist so vorgesehen. Verloren, wir haben den PrivateKey nicht und das ist gut so

Ganz normaler Prozess, als wenn man noch nie einen gehabt hätte. Alles andere ist Pflicht der Registrierungsstelle.
