Description

Wenn ein Certificat aktiviert werden soll, sollte in Zukunft geprüft werden, ob diese ID/Name schon ein selbes Cert hat, und das soll dann nur möglich sein, wenn überhaupt, in einer Form dass mann das nicht mehr aus Versehen machen kann.
