"Privater Schlüssel" als Tooltip-Link der den Begriff erklärt oder den entsprechenden Wikipedia-Artikel verlinken

Begründung:
Durchschnittliche Nutzer sind mit assymetrischer Kryptographie leider noch nicht vertraut.
Der Begriff "Privater Schlüssel" ist nicht selbsterklärend
