Die Piratenversammlung möge beschliessen, dass die Piratenpartei Zentralschweiz zur Gerichtsöffentlichkeit wie folgt Position zu bezieht:

Die Piratenpartei fordert, dass auch im Kanton Zug zukünftig alle Urteile und Strafbefehle in anonymisierter Form publiziert werden.

Begründung

Transparenz des Staatswesens ist Kernthema.
