Description

As I wanted to review the results of the last two votes, my PiVote-client told me, that the server certificate is invalid and that my certificate was revoked. After those messages it started over with the new certificate assistant.

I have a backup of the certificate, so was able to reproduce the error and to capture screenshots of it. The certificate is not deleted, but renamed into a ".bak" file. I am not shure if this is a bug or there is something wrong with my certificate. Just in case the usual software specs:

Date and Time this happened: 2010-01-17 ~15:30
PiVote version: 1.0.7.0
OS / Version: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (updated just before error occurred)
Mono Version: 2.4.4 (Debian 2.4.4~svn151842-1ubuntu4)

This problem was caused by a missing certificate revocation list. Anyone who is missing his certificate as a result of this problem can find it in his pivote data folder (APPDATA\PiVote on Windows; ~/.config/PiVote on Linux). Just remove the .bak at the end of the name and it will appear in the Pi-Vote Client again.
