You can run the general Linux version of Pi-Vote on Mac OS X. To do this you must install Mono from http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html as well as the GNU Multiprecision Library from darwinports http://gmp.darwinports.com/ .

Damit das Zertifikat Ausgedruckt werden kann muss zusätzlich eine Libary gelinkt werden.
cd /usr/lib
sudo ln -s libcups.2.dylib libcups.so.2
