Description

Aufgrund der Vorstandswechsel der letzten Monate und wie in der Vorstandssitzung vom 21.05.2025 besprochen:

Antrag: Melanie Hartmann erhält Zeichnungsrecht, einzeln, Bevollmächtigter, keine Substitutuinsvollmacht, Funktion:Administration auf unser PPS Konto bei der Postfinance.

Infos auf https://www.postfinance.ch/de/support/vollmachten/vollmachten-verwalten.html -> Geschäftskunden.
Gleichzeitig werden andere alte Vollmachten gelöscht, d.h. danach haben JAN und MHA je einzeln Zeichnungsrecht.

Ich bin dafür, dass MHA zeichnungsberechtigte wird, aber im Vereinswesen erachte ich Einzelunterschriften als nicht adäquat.

Zudem wäre es m.E. sinnvoll gewesen eine weitere Person, z.B. RSI, mit einer Vommnacht zu zweien auszustatten.
