Jurij from PPRU was searching for International Guests for their Annual Meeting. I really would have liked to go myself but had not the time. I searched for someone else, Vera from PPGE and Silvan International Coordinator contacted me. Vera cannot go therefore Silvan Gebhard will represent participate on the PPS. PPRU is very interested to know something about the Swiss Democracy I and I am very pleased to announce that we will be present from 9th to 11th September near Moscow. 3 day conference, details follow
