Umlaufbeschluss der GPK vom 19.09.2012¶

Antrag¶

Das Präsidium hat gerade beschlossen das Forum "Fragen an den Vorstand" zu schliessen. Da ich dies eine recht üble Entscheidung finde, habe ich ein Forum "Fragen an die GPK" eingerichtet. Ich übernehme dafür die volle Verantwortung der GPK gegenüber und beantrage hiermit, dies per Umlaufbeschluss zu legitimieren.

Beantragt am 18.09.2012 vom Stefan Thöni.

Begründung¶

Folgendes Zitat von Stefan Thöni vom 20.09.2012 gilt ebenso für die GPK:

The question is how and why it uses these powers. The question is whether the board and/or the board members should publicly answer to the questions of the members on a regular basis.

In my opinion, the answer is yes. Further, in my opinion, the possibility to ask questions through tickets to the board meetings and even the after the board meeting does not qualify because the question and answer get heard by a handful of people, most of which know the answers already, and recorded in the minutes which are public but are read by very few people. Obviously the possibility to call or mail members of the board and get answers by this method does not quality as public either.
