The user Kormoran has asked the following questions in the Forum [1]. Since the affair seems resolved with the resignation of Moira Brülisauer, I think we can decide on the answers by circular resolution.

Contrary to the opinion of some board members I don't think this user has done or is doing anything nefarious. Therefore I motion that we answer his questions briefly.
Question 1¶
1.) Die GPK hat nicht auf vorsätzlichkeit erkannt, das ist entscheidend da sonst der Ausschluss aus der Partei drohen würde für Moira Brüllisauer. Offenbar ist sich Frau Brüllisauer dieser Konsequenz nicht bewusst, da sie sich weiter an die Macht klammert. Hat die GPK einen Antrag auf Ausschluss von Frau Brüllisauer erwogen?
Translation
The CC has determined the act not to be willful which is critical is otherwise Moira Brülisauer might be excluded from the party. Evidently Ms. Brülisauer is unaware of such consequences as she continues to clasp to power. Has the CC considered exclusion of Ms. Brülisauer?

Wie dem Bericht zu entnehmen ist, hat die GPK die Frage des Vorsatzes bewusst offen gelassen. Ein Ausschluss wurde diskutiert aber abgelehnt. Response motion: As stated in the report, the CC has deliberately left open the question of intent. Exclusion was discussed but rejected.

2.) Wird der Nicht-Rücktritt von Frau Brüllisauer weitere Konsequenzen haben?

3.) Da Moira Brüllisauer weiterhin verantwortlich ist für Pi-Vote bist zur PV, wie wird sichergestellt das keine weiteren Manipulationen erfolgen, oder wird PiVote bist zur PV eingestellt?

The CC is unaware of any plans of Ms. Brülisauer to run for any office. Furthermore the CC has not analyzed the full record of Ms. Brülisauer.

Basically: agreed. However, in 1) I strongly suggest to change the^wording in order to refelct the content of our report where we explicitly stated that we do not see any intent.
On question 1¶
Wie im Bericht festgehalten sieht die GPK keinerlei Hinweise auf vorsätzliches Handeln. Die GPK hat in Erwägung gezogen, dem Vorstand eine Empfehlung zur Einleitung eines Parteiausschlussverfahrens abzugeben, hat aber auf Grund des mangelnden Vorsatzes ausdrücklich darauf verzichtet.

Comme mentionné dans le rapport, la CdG n'a pas constaté d'intention de la part de Mme Brülisauer. La CdG a discuté la possibilité de proposer au Comité de lancer une procédure d'exclusion de Mme Brülisauer du parti, mais a décidé de n'y
pas donner suite vu qu'il n'y avait pas d'intention de la part de Mme Brülisauer.

Furthermore, I believe it would be useful to point out that the CC is not a court and has no intention of becoming one, nor of behaving like one. We analyse and offer suggestions.

Wir möchten bei dieser Gelegenheit darauf hinweisen, dass die GPK kein Gericht ist. Unsere Aufgabe ist, die Tätigkeiten der Gremien zu überwachen und zu analysieren. Bei Vorkommnissen geben wir Empfehlungen ab. Die Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung bleibt aber bei den jeweiligen Gremien. Falls den Empfehlungen der GPK nicht Folge geleistet wird, ist es jeder Piratin und jedem Piraten freigestellt, die ihnen zur Verfügung stehenden Mittel zu nutzen.
