Stefan wants to make sure that only things meant to be public are actually public.
This is agreed upon by all present.

External communication of the CC: Lessons learned¶

We have to prepare our information more clearly and accessibly. And we also have to be prepared to stand up in front of the GA and communicate potentially unpopular information.

State of the Party: Treasury, Members, Pi-Vote¶

We think this accumulation of responsibility might be too much.
We will watch the work load of the treasurer and in case of signs of work overload we will intervene and help look for solutions.

Donations: Information and measures¶

We will have a look at the campaign accounting for Geneva Section once it has been revised by the chancellery.
We will write to Alexandre Patti (treasurer PPGE) that we would like a copy of the campaign accounting the moment it goes to the chancellery.
Christian Tanner will write a text which will be reviewed by the CC

Varia¶

If complaints are addressed to the CC by non-members, we will evaluate these on a case by case basis.
