_Chistian_ contacted Oli and got the responce. According to _Oli_, end of January, but no confirmation
_Werner_ volounteered, _Ariel_ is also up for it. 2nd of February prefered. _Rüedu_ will also participate and is volunteering to drive from Kloten to _Oli's_

To do: _Christian_ get _Oli_ to confirm the 2nd 


h2. #5964 Annual Report

_Rüedu_ is completing his task of reviewing the minutes. He will have done it by the end of the week.
Discussion about the level of detail of the report. _Rüedu_ also points out that the end of the term is not before end of March. However, GA taking place on March 1/2, we have to finish our report Mid-February at the latest. _Chris_ will write most of it and submit for comment.

No reaction from Geneva. _Ariel_ will contact the respective people and inform us.
