Liebe Mitglieder der Piratenpartei Schweiz

Die Antragskommission der Piratenpartei Schweiz möchte folgende Anträge zur Vernehmlassung vorlegen:

  • Finanzordnung
  • Positionspapier Energiepolitik
  • Positionspapier Laizismus

Bitte schreibt an wenn ihr Anregungen, Kritik, Fragen oder Ergänzungen habt. Unsere nächste Sitzung ist am 29. September, bitte Rückmeldungen bis dahin einsenden, Danke.

Des weitern möchte Simon Rupf noch zur Mitarbeit am Positionspapier zu Opensource und Open Acces aufrufen.

Finanzordnung

Als Ergebnis des Runden Tisches zum Thema Finanzierung und Mitgliederbeiträge mit der Geschäftsleitung und Vertretern einiger Sektionen hat die Antragskommission einen Vorschlag für eine Finanzordnung überarbeitet. Hauptziel ist est, grössere finanzielle Autonomie für die Sektionen zu ermöglichen, ohne auf ein zentrales, effizientes Inkasso zu verzichten. Zudem sollen die Regeln für die Schatzmeister und die neue AG Finanzen Buchhaltungsprobleme, wie im vergangenen Jahr, vermeiden helfen. Weiter sollen Spenden über Flattr, etc. geregelt werden und ein Spesenregelement für die gleiche und faire Behandlung derjenigen sorgen, die für die Partei ausgegebenes Geld zurück erhalten.

Positionspapier Energiepolitik

Lukas "LukyLuke" Zurschmiede: Aktuell bin ich in der AG Policy an der Ausarbeitung eines Positionspapieres zum Thema Energiepolitik. Die Themen sind relativ breit gefächert und reichen von der Stromerzeugung durch Kernspaltung über alternative Energiearten bis hin zu der Verwendung von unterschiedlichen Energien. Das Ziel ist es, dass bis an der ausserordentlichen PV vom 11. November 2012 ein Papier zur Abstimmung gebracht werden kann.

Der momentane Stand ist schon von einigen Personen gegengelesen und durch Diskussionen ergänzt und angepasst worden. Damit das Papier bei den Piraten eine möglichst breite Zustimmung findet, ist es wichtig, dass möglichst viele ihre Meinung beitragen und darüber Diskutieren. Ich freue mich auf eine rege, sachliche und konstruktive Diskussion und hoffe natürlich, dass es auf breite Zustimmung stösst!

Positionspapier Laizismus

Der Laizismus ist als eines unserer Anliegen seit längerer Zeit im Parteiprogramm verankert. Leider fehlt bis jetzt ein Positionspapier zu diesem Thema. Diese Lücke wird nun durch Stefan Thöni und Ernst Lagler geschlossen. Das Positionspapier geht auf die grundlegenden Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Laizismus - Kirchensteuer, Soziale Funktionen, Rechtliche Fragen, Beschneidung - ein und stellt klare Forderungen auf. Das Papier soll an der ausserordentlichen PV vom 11. November 2012 zur Abstimmung gebracht werden.

Das Papier wird gegenwärtig im Forum unter http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/index.php?topic=3866 diskutiert. Ihr seid alle eingeladen, mitzudiskutieren und sachliche Kritik anzubringen. Ich hoffe, das Papier wird auf grosse Zustimmung stossen.

Positionspapier Open[Source|Data|Access]

Simon Rupf: In den letzten Wochen wurde im kleinen Kreis damit begonnen, ein Positionspapier zu den «Open»-Themen zu schreiben. Darin soll unsere Haltung zu Themen wie Open Source Soft- und Hardware, offenen Standards, offenem Zugang zu staatlichen Daten und wissenschaftlichen Papieren zum Ausdruck gebracht werden. Nach zwei Sitzungen an denen der Umfang und die Themen abgesteckt wurden, beginnt nun die Arbeit am Text des Papiers.

Frühzeitige Information zu PV Traktanden

Simon Rupf: Wenn Ihr an Traktanden zur Piratenversammlung arbeitet, wäre es schön, wenn andere Mitglieder davon so früh als möglich erfahren. So haben sie die Möglichkeit Euch zu unterstützen und ihre Meinungen frühzeitig in Eure Arbeit einfliessen zu lassen. Ihr könnt dazu beispielsweise einen Beitrag in der Flaschenpost veröffentlichen () oder unser Forum (http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/) nutzen.

Furthermore Simon Rupf calls on the Pirates to work with him on a policy document on opensource and open access.

Finance regulation

As discussed at the roundtable on financing and membership fees with the management and representatives of some cantonal sections the motion committee has reworked the draft for a new financial regulation. The main objective is to give more financial autonomy to the setions without abandoning the efficient central cashing. New rules for the treasurer and the newly founded finance workgroup will help to reduce problems with accounting, such as those that occured last year. Also, donations via Flattr and the reimbursement of money paid on behalf of the party will be regulated.

Policy document on laizism

Laizism is one of our older policies in the party program. Yet it lacks a proper policy document. This gap is now filled by Stefan Thöni and Ernst Lager with their proposed policy document. It discusses the fundamental questions on laizism - church taxes, social functions, judicial questions and circumcision - and states clearly our demands. The paper is proposed to be ratified on the extraordinatory assembly of November 11th 2012.

The paper is currently being discussed in the forum under http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/index.php?topic=3866 . You are all invited to participaty in the discussion and state your objective criticism. I hope the paper can find large acceptance by the Pirates.

Policy Paper Energy

Lukas "LukyLuke" Zurschmiede: Currently I'm working on a policy paper about energy politics. The topics are broad, ranging from generation of electricity by nuclear fission and alternative forms of energy but also the usage of it in different forms.The goal is to put a paper to vote on the extraordinary assembly on the 11th of November 2012.

The current status has already been revised by couple of persons, discussed, extended and revised by them. To get the broadest possible agreement, it is important that as many pirates as possible contribute their opinions and debate about. The debate will be cunducted in the forum under http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/index.php?topic=3864 also the newest version of the paper will be published there as a PDF. I look forward to an active, objective and constructive debate and certainly hope that it's largely supported!

Policy Paper Open[Source|Data|Access]

Simon Rupf: In the last weeks a small circle began the work at a policy paper about the «open» topics. It should contain our partys opinion regarding open source soft- and hardware, open standards and open access to government data and scientific papers. After two sessions detailing the broad of the topics, we now begin with the writing of the document.

Early publication of motions for the GA

Simon Rupf: If you are working on motions for the general assembly, it would be nice if informed other members as early as possible. This way they can support you in your work and integrate their opinions in your work betimes. You could write an article for the message in a bottle () or use our forum (http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/).
