Description
Consider to install a global sticky thread plugin in SMF
e.g. YAGAM

This would allow global sticky threads for very rare occassions
Pro:
- We had that feature in the previous message board software and would have used it in some occasions (when it's more important than just a tweet, but less than for a communique)
Contra:
- May decrease maintainability of the message board software

Automatically enforce due date for Normal Priority to 30 days in the future

AG DI approves, it's in the competence of Lukas now if he adds the plugin. He will check if it is maintanable and usefull.
