Description

Laberlohe has requested that the gender attribute is optional when registering.

A quick fix will be to add a new option Not specified / Unknown.

I need to check what the implications will be when I will allow the attribute to be null.

The ppsGender attribute is already define with such a value:

0 => 'Unspecified',
2 => 'Female',
1 => 'Male',
9 => 'Not applicable',
