closedpirateparty.ch funktioniert nicht richtig

Description
- Auf pirateparty.ch werden die zwei Spalten mit den Communiquées und dem Politblog nicht korrekt angezeigt.
- Verlinkung im Footer sollte auf die Website der Piratenpartei in der jeweiligen Sprache verweisen, nicht auf pirateparty.com

Möglicherweise liegt es daran dass keine Nodes auf Englisch übersetzt wurden. Dann sollten die leeren Spalten mit einem entsprechenden Hinweis angezeigt werden.

The coloumns are working correctly, there is just no content.
Second request is not very simple / and has low priority.
Reopen an issue if really needed.

- In my opinion the columns are not working correctly if the right column moves to the left side... Correct would be a Message in the first two rows that there is no content available in english.
- The second request wouldn't be really hard to implement, but isn't necessary anymore, because the link has been exchanged with the address.
