Description
Newly created section cert will be signed with the national certificate so the identification check can be reused. The actuary will check the validity of the signature and membership in the claimed section. The expiry date of the section cert will be equal to that of the national one. The actuary will print out the form for the section cert which will link to the form for the national cert completing the paper trail.
