Da das ursprüngliche Ticket einfach geschlossen wurde, hier halt nochmals:

Ein Makefile würde vieles vereinfachen.

Monodevelop bietet einen Makefile Generator, sollte also kein grosses Problem sein. http://monodevelop.com/download/monodevelop_1.0_released#Makefile_Support
