A quick update/reopen new ticket in follow-up of ticket #2540, in relation with OTRS rights/config:

Both Bassim Matar and Thomas Moret have been able to log in, but they apparently don't have access to "PP Vaudoise" queue. Having checked with Thomas, the queue indeed doesn't appear in its settings, and I am unable to set them as owners of a ticket.

I still see Clément Engelberts in the list of possible owners, but he doesn't need to have access anymore.

We just need the current VD board, i.e:

Gael Marmillod
Joel Gardet
Bassim Matar
Thomas Moret

Oh, and to comply with the rest of the observed queue naming convention (which is more clear, by the way, good choice !), ours would be "PP Vaud". Or at least "PP Vaudois" without an "e" at the end, so that it's spelled appropriately.
