Description

Der EDÖB führt unter http://www.datareg.admin.ch ein Register der Datensammlungen, in welchen Personendaten bearbeitet werden.
Meiner Ansicht nach sind wir gemäss DSG Art. 11a Abs.5 lit e (http://www.admin.ch/ch/d/sr/2/235.1.de.pdf PDF) nicht verpflichtet unsere Mitgliederdatenbank dort anzumelden. Aus dem Blickwinkel der Transparenz stünde dem aber wohl nichts im Wege.

Wollen wir die GL anfragen / beauftragen unsere Mdb bei datareg.admin.ch anzumelden?
