Du hast das falsche Dokument verlinkt. Ansonsten hier meine Anpassungsvorschlag:

Am Samstag, 26. Januar, findet um 13:30 Uhr im Lesezimmer 215a des Regierungsgebäudes die alljährliche ordentliche Piratenversammlung der Piratenpartei SG AR AI statt. Es werden das vergangene Jahr abgeschlossen und Budget für das neue Jahr festgelegt, der Vorstand wird neu gewählt und die Mitglieder fassen Parolen für die Wahlen und Abstimmungen am 3. März 2013 in Appenzell Ausserrhoden. Die wichtigsten Traktanden sind die Parolenfassungen für die Wahlen und Abstimmungen am 3. März 2013 sowie Vorstandswahlen die Ersatzwahlen für den Vorstand aufgrund der Rücktritte von Marcel Baur und Martin Heeb.

Medienschaffende sind herzlich eingeladen, der Veranstaltung beizuwohnen oder den Liveticker auf unserem Twitterkanal @PiratenSG zu verfolgen. Wir freuen uns auf eine informative und interessante Piratenversammlung 2013!
