  • Patrick Mächler: Denkt das Präsidum, dass es Sinn macht hier mitzumachen? Bis März noch (theoretisch offene) Vernehmlassungen auf EU-Ebene: IPRED (Rechtsdurchsetzung Immaterialgüterrechte) und Trade Secret (Richtung Patente) consultations
    Problematisch: Schwierig teilzunehmen, Informationen durch EU schlecht, sehr viele Suggestivfragen im Sinne von MAFIAA & co., dürfte nur von entsprechenden Kreisen ausgefüllt werden sofern keine breite Front, wird in einem Bericht landen der auch auf Gesetzgebung CH
    AG die von Andersdotter und PPI gestützt werden
