Description

Die Adresse scheint nach dem Wechsel auf den neuen Host die Tickets an die falsche Queue weiterzuleiten (konkret: auf die nationale).

Es wäre gut, wenn dies alsbald korrigiert würde; schon um Misverständnisse zu vermeiden ;-)

NB: das ganze wurde mit diesen Tickets ursprünglich eingerichtet

Das Problem war, dass OTRS nicht dafür vorbereitet war, Mails auf alternativen Domänen, welche nicht mit "bb" beginnen, umzugehen. Habe nun einen Sonderspezialfilter für Euch angelegt.
