Steps¶
What steps did you follow?
- Logged in to my email account using mail client (PostBox on Mac OSX and Thunderbird on Xubuntu VirtualBox), as well as RoundCube webaccess on https://mail.piratenpartei.ch. Date: most likely on the morning of May 21st, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of this assessment
Observation¶
What has happened?
- All received, sent, and draft emails were (and still are) non-existing.
- Messages arriving as of May 21st, approx 13:00 are correctly stored in my mailbox.
Expectation¶
What have you expected to happen?
- Access to all my previously received, sent and prepared for sending (draft) emails.

I do feel slightly uncomfortable nagging. However, in my role as a member of the GPK I actually need access to my previous mails.
So if someone could look into this issue soon I would greatly appreciate that.

We've lost incoming mails. We didn't loose any already stored mail. So if you have en empty inbox, but this wasn't the case some days before, this is a complete new bug.
Is this right, that you had a filled inbox and at some point the inbox was empty?

Korrekt. Meine Mailbox beinhaltet zur Zeit 49 eingegangene und 10 gesendete Nachrichten. Die erste eingegangene Nachricht ist vom 21.05.2013 13:59.
Das erste Mal ist mir das am Abend des 20. Mai aufgefallen (http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/index.php/topic,4223.msg38193.html#msg38193). Gemäss Forumseintrag http://forum.piratenpartei.ch/index.php/topic,4223.msg38194.html#msg38194 war ich mit dieser Erfahrung auch nicht ganz alleine.
Bis dahin enthielt meine Inbox über 2'000 Nachrichten. Die Anzahl gesendeter ist mir nicht präsent.
