Description

Formulare im Wählerzertifikat-Wizard in folgender Anordnung bringen:
1. Passwort-Schutz für persönlichen Schlüssel
2. Ausweisdaten
3. Identifikationsmethode
4. Emailangaben
5. Antrag hochladen/drucken

Alternativ:
1. Passwort-Schutz am Ende
2. Emailangaben und Identifikationsmethode austauschen

Begründung: Sachliche Gruppierung erhöhen
