It seems that currently new members get a welcome message from admin@. Since any replies to this alias also come to me, the mail guy, I keep getting questions and comments that I cannot do anything about, making it harder for me to notice the actually relevant pirate-related messages.

Please change the address from admin@ to something else, something that only those people who are actually involved in the new user process receive. The other option would be to remove myself from the admin@ address but I might miss important stuff then.
