Description

Hallo AG DI

Das ORTS hat zur Zeit wieder so ca 30 sec um einmal die Seite neuzuladen.
Das ist sehr umständlich zum arbeiten. Lässt sich das beschleunigen?

Das Problem scheint das Loadbalancing setup zu sein. Eine der beiden Nodes ist derzeit nicht aktiv und der Proxy scheint immer auf diese zu warten. Müssen wir umkonfigurieren oder ein Setup mit NFS einrichten, damit beide Knoten dieselben Daten haben, wie wir es bei den Sektionswebseiten machen.

otrs-2-p aus proxy config entfernt.

Changed the configuration a tiny bit: otrs-2-p is now configured as a backup of otrs-1-p. The proxy will only use it, if he considers otrs-1-p not responding. As long as otrs-1-p is not flapping, this works as a simple failover setup.
