Die Piratenversammlung möge das angehängte Positionspapier beschliessen.

Begründung

Das Thema Landesrecht versus Völkerrecht wird im Moment heiss diskutiert. Auch die Piraten sollten dazu einen eindeutige Position vertreten.

Das Positionspapier wurde im Forum diskutiert und auf der Coordination-Mailingliste angekündigt.
