Ich benötige eine neue VM (newprojects.pp.ch) und Datenbank um das neue Redmine einzurichten.

Benutzererstellung mit CAS funktioniert nun.
Todo: 'normales' Login deaktivieren bzw. weiterleiten auf CAS.

Das neue Redmine ist aktiv und funktioniert soweit.

Aktive Hacks zur Doku:
- Login-Form per CSS ausgeblendet
- Xapian-Gruppe im Gemfile des dmsf-Plugins deaktiviert
- CAS-Plugin angepasst:
-- default_url = home_url
