Description
I entered both my mobile and phone number as "+41764095702".
This is not unlikely, because at this point of the user creation wizard the user has not entered any phone number. Even more, it's not clear whether the user indicates a home address of the same country as it's phone number is registered to.
Please fix.

Not sure if we shall allow phonenumbers with countryprefixes dirffer to the country of the postal adress.
