Description
Observation
- When the form cannot be successfuly validated, the user is presented with the wizard page that is missing some information.
- When the missing information is on the first page, the "Back" button cannot be clicked and is not greyed out (see screenshot).
Expectation
- As the Back button does not work and does not serve any purpose at this moment, it should be disabled (greyed out).
