Description

OTRS sortiert Mails, die es erhält anhand der To-Adresse, wenn also Mails an weitergeleitet werden, jedoch an eine Adresse im To adressiert sind, die nicht erfasst ist, landet es in der Raw-Queue.

Bitte abklären, ob da mailing listen und/oder aliases falsch konfiguriert sind.
