Hallo Valentina

Gemäss der letzten Sitzung hast du den Auftrag erhalten die Locations für die PVS 2017 zu organisieren und uns die Offerten zum Beschluss vorzulegen. Anforderungen.

  • 2x 1 Tag PV,
    • einmal an einem WE der KW9-10
    • Einmal an einem WE der KW 35-37
  • Der Raum sollte mit Tischen für circa 30-40 Personen platz haben.
    • Tische für alle Teilnehmer
    • Ausreichend Strom
    • Internet wünschenwert aber nicht muss.
    • Zentral und Verkehrsgünstig gelegen (region Olten)
    • Pro Tag wenn möglich nicht mehr als 400-500 CHF
