Ich erbitte folgende Hintergrund Informationen vom Antragsteller damit wir uns ein Bild dazu machen können:
1) Von wem wurde die Initiative eingereicht und von wem wird sie unterstützt?
2) Beschränkt sich die Initiative lediglich darauf pauschal 10% mehr an die Bezüger aus zu schütten als bisher?
