Naming scheme for mail addresses [I, D,V]

We still do not have a clear naming scheme for organizational mail addresses and mailing lists addresses.

problem: multi-language vs. administration

Vote1: Do you agree on reverting the decision made two weeks ago regarding email nameing and have section mailing lists with two-char-abbreviation?
