Bitte OTRS auf 3.04 updaten.

Abnaxos erhält folgenden Fehler:
Magic number checking on storable string failed at ../../lib/Storable.pm (autosplit into ../../lib/auto/Storable/thaw.al) line 415, at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 128

Kurzfristig kann das Problem via Bereinigen des ${OTRSHOME}/var/tmp/-Verzeichnisses umgangen werden.

Bei Fragen bin ich via Mobiltelefon oder E-Mail erreichbar.
