Description

Bitte eine Mailing-List für die AG Public Relations einrichten.

Da hier auch Dinge diskutiert werden, die (noch) nicht für die Öffentlichkeit bestimmt sind, muss die Liste geschlossen sein:

  • Nur der List-Admins dürfen Mitglieder hinzufügen
  • Das Archiv darf nur für Mitglieder sichtbar sein

Für jede AG steht in Redmine ein Projekt zur Verfügung. Als alternative zu der Mailingliste soll hier das Redmine eigene Forum genannt sein welches für solche Zwecke eingesetzt werden kann. Als Vorteil soll hier die Möglichkeit genannt sein, dass die Beteiligten entschieden können wie sie sich über neue Beiträge Informieren. Als alternative zu E-Mail kann ein Newsfeed verwendet werden.
Das aktuelle Betriebskonzept sieht eine bevorzugte Nutzung von Redmine vor.

Für das einrichten eines Projektes in Redmine bitte mit mir Kontakt aufnehmen.

Ic bitte um ein Feedback ob ein Forum von Interesse ist.

OK, dann mach mal ein Forum.

Wir können dann ja im Forum diskutieren, ob wir nicht doch eine Mailing-List wollen. ;)

Die Mehrheit der AG PR und die Parteipräsidenten wünschen eine Mailing-Liste statt dem Forum. Bitte trotzdem machen, das Forum darf dafür weg.
