Timezone difference in meetings module

Description
The iCal file sent with the meeting invitation shows an one hours time difference.
The original code took care of that but caused an error. Therefore I commented the lines out and ended up with this.
- Assignee changed from Vanadis to corvus
- Assignee changed from corvus to odi
- Due date set to 10 February 2013
Automatically enforce due date for Normal Priority to 30 days in the future
- Due date changed from 10 February 2013 to 31 March 2013
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Assignee changed from odi to Apophis
As far as I know the meeting module is no longer active. So we can actually forget about this one.
- Status changed from Needs Work to Won't Do
- Assignee changed from Apophis to corvus
Automaticaclly enforce assigned-to to the author of the ticket
- Status changed from Won't Do to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
