The current configuration of spam assassin does not offer user defined rules.
This has to be changed. We need a solution to integrate the spam filter to the imap folder "junk". So whenever a bad mail gets moved there either from webmail or imap client, the spam ruleset needs to get updated.

First step is to make proposals how to solve this.
