Description
Wenn ich (Benutzer "Valio") versuche im Forum eine kleine Datei (73KiB, PDF) anzuhängen, erscheint beim Absenden der Nachricht folgende Fehlermeldung
An Error Has Occurred! The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.
Es ist etwa unklar ob es sich um einen Systemfehler bzw. eine Systemeinstellung handelt oder ob es um ein User Quota geht.
Die Fehlermeldung sollte geändert werden, sodass für den Nutzer direkt offensichtlich wird was er allenfalls selbst ändern kann.
Im Weiteren wäre ich froh den Grund für den Fehler zu kennen.

Fixed: restriction on Forum removed. ( murray has 40GB left - should be enough for a while )
Restriction for uploads weakend, uploads up to 10MB allowed into the forum.
