Ich habe folgendes Ticket gefunden:

Wir Berner haben dasselbe Problem: Browser-Bild-Upload in Wordpress funktioniert seit kurzem teilweise nicht mehr!

Ohne Error-Logs kommen wir nicht weiter, haben verschiedene OS & Browser getestet, entweder kommt "HTTP Fehler" oder

Diverse Bilder funktionierten, eines das klemmt habe ich angehängt.

In einschlägigen Foren wird von php5-update, Flash/Apache-configs, htaccess oder ordner-rechten geredet, aber die definitive Lösung scheint mir unklar:
